Description

These 5/16" outside diameter round swage standoffs are 11/16" long with a #10 clearance hole, machined from Aluminum with a Gold Iridite finish, sized for a 1/16" panel.

Swage standoffs fit a punched or drilled hole and the shank is rolled or flared over the back of the panel, locking the standoff in place permanently. Match the panel thickness to the listed panel size and the hole to the shank diameter; a swaged standoff cannot be removed without damaging it.

Aluminum keeps weight down, is non-magnetic and resists corrosion, which is why it is the most common material for circuit board and panel spacing.
