Description

These 1/4" outside diameter round swage standoffs are 13/16" long with a #6 clearance hole, made from Nylon, sized for a 1/32" panel.

Swage standoffs fit a punched or drilled hole and the shank is rolled or flared over the back of the panel, locking the standoff in place permanently. Match the panel thickness to the listed panel size and the hole to the shank diameter; a swaged standoff cannot be removed without damaging it.

Nylon 6/6 is an electrical insulator with a smooth surface that will not fray wire insulation rubbing against it, and its threads take normal assembly torque without stripping.
