These 1/4" outside diameter round swage standoffs are 1/8" long with #4-40 threads, machined from Stainless Steel with a Passivated finish, sized for a 1/16" panel with a .188" shank.

Swage standoffs fit a punched or drilled hole and the shank is rolled or flared over the back of the panel, locking the standoff in place permanently. Match the panel thickness to the listed panel size and the hole to the shank diameter; a swaged standoff cannot be removed without damaging it.

Stainless steel gives better corrosion resistance than brass or plated steel, holds up to chemicals, fumes and washdown, and is stronger than aluminum or brass.
