Description

These 1/4" outside diameter round swage standoffs are 1-1/4" long with #6-32 threads, machined from Brass, sized for a 1/16" panel with a .188" shank.

Swage standoffs fit a punched or drilled hole and the shank is rolled or flared over the back of the panel, locking the standoff in place permanently. Match the panel thickness to the listed panel size and the hole to the shank diameter; a swaged standoff cannot be removed without damaging it.

Brass is conductive, non-magnetic and corrosion resistant, which makes it a good choice where the standoff also carries a ground path between board and chassis.
