Description

1/4" Diameter .350-.625 Grip Protruding Head Structural Rivets. A structural rivet retains a locking collar on the mandrel after setting, so the mandrel stays captive in the body instead of falling away. That retained stem carries load, giving shear and tensile strength approaching a bolted joint. This size has 1/4" diameter and a .350-.625" grip range.

  • Protruding head provides a large bearing surface for load-carrying structural joints.
  • Aluminum construction is light, corrosion resistant and soft enough to set cleanly in thin sheet.
