Description

These 6-4-40 self-clinching standoffs are 1/2" long with full thread, in 303 Stainless Steel. They press into a punched or drilled hole in sheet metal, and the displaced panel material flows into the standoff's undercut so it locks in flush and permanent with no welding or loose hardware.

The host panel must be softer than the standoff for it to clinch properly. Through-threaded standoffs accept a screw from either end once installed.
