Description

These 1/4" outside diameter round female-female standoffs are 5/8" long with #6-32 tapped threads at both ends, made from nylon 6/6. They hold a circuit board, panel or component at a fixed height above its mounting surface.

Female-female standoffs take a screw from each side, clamping the two mounted parts against the standoff ends. Body length sets the gap between them, and longer sizes are tapped from each end rather than straight through.

Nylon 6/6 is an electrical insulator with a smooth surface that will not fray wire insulation rubbing against it, and its threads take normal assembly torque without stripping.
