Description

5/16-18 X .150 Flat Head Ribbed Rivet Nuts. A rivet nut installs like a blind rivet but leaves an internal thread behind: the body collapses against the back of the panel and grips it, creating a load-bearing threaded boss in material far too thin to tap. This size has a 5/16-18 thread.

  • Flat head sits low and bears squarely on the surface.
  • External ribs bite into the hole wall and resist spin-out while the bolt is torqued.
  • Aluminum construction is light, corrosion resistant and soft enough to set cleanly in thin sheet.
