Description

A nylon insert lock nut carries an unthreaded nylon collar at its crown. As the bolt threads through, it cuts into the nylon, and the friction of that grip resists loosening under vibration without damaging the bolt thread, so the nut can be reused within limits.

This M12-1.75 nylon insert lock nut with DIN 985 is made from 18/8 Stainless Steel, grade 18/8, supplied 500 per package.
