Description

1/2"-20 UNF HSS Spiral Point Tap for tapping recessed and hard-to-reach holes. An extended shank puts the cutting section well ahead of the drive, reaching threads recessed below a surface or down inside a bore. This size has a 1/2" cutting diameter, 1-21/32" of flute, 6" overall length and a 0.367" shank.

  • HSS construction that holds a keen edge at moderate cutting speeds and regrinds easily.
  • Uncoated (Bright) finish, leaves the edge bare for free cutting.
