Description

1 piece High Speed Steel Round Adjustable Die for external threading. Designed for M12 x 1.75 metric threads with a 2 inches outer diameter and an uncoated (Bright) finish. Chamfered on both faces for versatile threading depth: one face with a 2 to 3 thread chamfer, the opposite face with a 1 to 1-1/2 thread chamfer for threading near a shoulder. Adjustment is controlled by a fine pitch screw that separates or closes the die halves. Beveled slot allows adjustment from a machine holder when the screw is removed and adjusted by the holder's screws.
