Description

#6-32 UNC HSS Plug Hand Tap for tapping recessed and hard-to-reach holes. An extended shank puts the cutting section well ahead of the drive, reaching threads recessed below a surface or down inside a bore. This size has a #6 cutting diameter, 11/16" of flute, 6" overall length and a 0.11" shank.

  • HSS construction that holds a keen edge at moderate cutting speeds and regrinds easily.
  • Uncoated (Bright) finish, leaves the edge bare for free cutting.
