Description

1-1/2"-12 HSS Hex Die for cleaning up and rechasing damaged external threads with a wrench. Hex flats let the die be driven with an ordinary wrench or socket, so damaged thread can be chased in place without a die stock.

  • HSS construction that holds a keen edge at moderate cutting speeds and regrinds easily.
  • Uncoated (Bright) finish, leaves the edge bare for free cutting.
  • 1-1/2" thread at 12 threads per inch.
