Description

M3.5 X 0.6 HSS Hand Tap Set for cutting internal threads by hand or in a tapping head. Cutting edges on the chamfered lead progressively form the thread as the tap advances, with straight flutes carrying chips back out of the hole. This size has a M3.5 cutting diameter, 11/16" of flute, 2" overall length and a 0.14 shank.

  • HSS construction that holds a keen edge at moderate cutting speeds and regrinds easily.
  • M3.5 thread at 0.6 threads per inch.
