Description

M30 X 3.5 HSS Hand Tap Set for cutting internal threads by hand or in a tapping head. Cutting edges on the chamfered lead progressively form the thread as the tap advances, with straight flutes carrying chips back out of the hole. This size has a M30 cutting diameter, 2-9/16" of flute, 5-7/16" overall length and a 0.787 shank.

  • HSS construction that holds a keen edge at moderate cutting speeds and regrinds easily.
