Description

These 1/4" across-flats hex female-female standoffs are 5/8" long with #6-32 tapped threads at both ends, machined from C36000 brass with a Nickel finish. They hold a circuit board, panel or component at a fixed height above its mounting surface.

Female-female standoffs take a screw from each side, clamping the two mounted parts against the standoff ends. Body length sets the gap between them, and longer sizes are tapped from each end rather than straight through.

Brass is conductive, non-magnetic and corrosion resistant, which makes it a good choice where the standoff also carries a ground path between board and chassis.
