Description
These 3/16" across-flats hex female-female standoffs are 3/16" long with #4-40 tapped threads at both ends, machined from Stainless Steel with a Passivated finish. They hold a circuit board, panel or component at a fixed height above its mounting surface.

Female-female standoffs take a screw from each side, clamping the two mounted parts against the standoff ends. Body length sets the gap between them, and longer sizes are tapped from each end rather than straight through.
Stainless steel gives better corrosion resistance than brass or plated steel, holds up to chemicals, fumes and washdown, and is stronger than aluminum or brass.
