51/64" Taper Length Drill Bit for deep-hole drilling in stainless and work-hardening alloys. Taper length adds roughly 50 percent more flute than a jobber bit, reaching through thick stock and deep bores without a second setup. This size has a 51/64" cutting diameter, 6-1/8" of flute, 10" overall length and a round shank.

  • Cobalt construction that carries cobalt through the whole tool for red hardness in work-hardening alloys.
  • Gold finish, a stress-relieving surface treatment that reduces built-up edge.
