Description

#49 X 6" Aircraft Extension Drill Bit for drilling in confined spaces a standard bit cannot reach. The extended shank carries the cutting diameter well past the chuck, so the bit can be started square between structure and inside assemblies where a jobber bit will not fit. This size has a #49 cutting diameter, 1" of flute, 6" overall length and a round shank.

  • HSS construction that holds a keen edge at moderate cutting speeds and regrinds easily.
  • Black Oxide finish, resists galling and helps the tool carry cutting fluid.
