Description
47/64" Taper Shank Drill Bit for heavy drilling on a Morse taper machine spindle. The Morse taper shank seats directly in a machine spindle or socket, transmitting far more torque than a chuck can hold and self-releasing for a fast change. This size has a 47/64" cutting diameter, 5-7/8" of flute, 9-3/4" overall length and a taper shank.
- HSS construction that holds a keen edge at moderate cutting speeds and regrinds easily.
- Black Oxide finish, resists galling and helps the tool carry cutting fluid.
- Conventional Point geometry.
- Supplied 2 per package.
