Description

1/4"-90 Degree 6 Flute Chatterless Countersink for chamfering holes so flat head screws seat flush. The angled cutting edges open the top of a hole to a matching cone so a flat or oval head fastener seats flush with the surface. This size has a 1/4" cutting diameter, 2" overall length and a round shank.

  • HSS construction that holds a keen edge at moderate cutting speeds and regrinds easily.
  • Uncoated (Bright) finish, leaves the edge bare for free cutting.
  • 6 flutes for chip clearance and finish.
