Weatherproof beacons are designed to provide a bright visual indication and efficient light dispersion utilizing special optics within their shatter-resistant, double-fresnel polycarbonate lenses. This is accomplished with a series of complementing fresnels that cause the dome to "fill" when the light is operating. Beam distance is also increased with these fresnel lenses. Constructed from brass for use as junction boxes too. 120 VAC.
