This long lasting acrylic floor sealer is designed to provide a tough, durable base coat. Skip Kote seals the pores of floor surfaces to protect against spills, stains, detergents and even strippers. As an added benefit, Skip Kote levels floor surfaces to enhance overall floor finish performance. Opaque, Off-White Liquid, Acrylic Odor. 

• UL Approved for Slip Resistance
• Coverage: 1500 – 2000 square feet per gallon.
• Non-Volatile Solids: 16%.
